UMANA marks the beginning of a new luxury boutique hotel brand, created to honor the essence of the human experience: real wellbeing, conscious pleasure, and authentic connection.
Its first hotel will open in Pescadero, Todos Santos—a strategic location just 10 minutes from the beach, in the region’s most valuable area.
With an intimate hospitality model, UMANA offers only 15 rooms and a maximum of 30 guests, ensuring an experience that is thoughtful, genuine, and deeply personal.
Inspired by holistic wellbeing, UMANA introduces the region’s first “in-suite spa” concept. Each suite features a private wellness sanctuary equipped with a sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, pool, and yoga space. This wellness circuit turns every suite into a retreat of renewal, introspection, and balance.
Here, wellbeing, pleasure, social connection, and authenticity coexist without judgment or pretense. UMANA is a place to reconnect with what matters, live without masks, and collect the moments that shape meaningful personal stories.
