ABOUT UMANA RESIDENCES
Umana Residences is an exclusive collection of 12 wellness homes located in Cerritos, Baja California Sur, near Pescadero and Todos Santos, conceived under a philosophy that understands longevity, time, and wellbeing as a daily lifestyle. This intimate residential community is shaped by active living, recovery, and legacy, offering a low-density environment where architecture and nature exist in balance, with access originally curated through a private waitlist.
The project features 32,485.48 ft² of construction, 19,525.73 ft² of gardens, and 6,372.23 ft² of pergolas, creating a harmonious integration between built space and natural surroundings. It consists of 8 Garden Residences of 1,959.03 ft² with private greenery and seamless indoor-outdoor living, as well as 4 Rooftop Residences of 3,164.59 ft² with elevated terraces and integrated pergolas.
